Steel Homes For You, provides the service of pricing the steel framing package for your home including freight to your jobsite.

Please provide us with plans or sketches, showing us the floor plans and the elevations.

Please advise us of your desired wind load if you want us to exceed your local code. We will use local code requirements unless advised to use heavier loads.

Advise of any special requirements and also the location and access to your jobsite.

We offer 2 x 4 and 2 x 6 steel walls standard. We can go to 2 x 8 walls when desired. Please advise if you have a preference.

Base price is based on slab foundation (by others), 80 mph wind zone, 20 lb. snow load zone, 3½" pre-framed exterior walls, framed openings (sized by others), 9' 1" ceiling heights, assembled roof trusses, beams to support roof, light gauge post material to support beams, truss ties, all bracing and blocking, steel to steel fasteners to erect framing package, engineered drawings, permit drawings, approval drawings, shop drawings, erection drawings and erection details.

Call for alternate pricing for 5½" exterior walls, higher wind or snow loads, floor systems or any other special conditions or modification you may need.

Price excludes: freight, applicable taxes, erection, unloading, equipment, anchors, masonry fasteners, sheathing, decking, wood to steel or steel to wood fasteners, stairs, railings, decorative posts, fascia material, roofing materials, roofing felt, any plywood, architectural plans, siding, moisture wrap, doors and windows.
